We live in a time of many belief systems, spiritual traditions, and personal understandings of life and death. As an interfaith minister, I respect the individual and the families wishes. With compassion, presence and care, I assist at a time when words are most important and the hardest to find.
If you are uncertain about what kind of ceremony would be appropriate for your family, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you. You do not need to have the ceremony figured out before we begin. We can begin with a conversation, and together determine what feels right.
When someone passes away we are left holding memories, stories, questions, grief, and gratitude all at once. A ceremony gives us a place to bring those things together. It allows us to speak the name of the person we love, remember who they were, acknowledge what their life meant to us, and say goodbye in a way that feels honest
I am an ordained interfaith minister, and officiant. I offer traditional Christian, non-denominational and interfaith ceremonies that honor the life, relationships, and beliefs of the person who has passed on. Together we create a ceremony that feels like them.
No two lives are alike, and no two goodbyes should be either. Some families come from a strong religious tradition. Others draw from several faiths or cultures. Some have stepped away from organized religion but still feel deeply that death deserves ritual, reflection, and meaning.
When spiritual traditions differ within a family, I help create a ceremony that makes room for those differences without losing sight of what everyone shares... the love and connection surrounding the person who we celebrate.
We begin with their story. I listen to the memories you carry, the people they loved, what mattered to them, what made them laugh and the experiences that shaped them. From there, we create a ceremony that sounds and feels like your family, rather than something taken from a standard script.
I bring a ceremony framework to our first meeting, but it is only a beginning. Next, I create a beautiful celebration of their life. Readings, prayers, music, stories, cultural traditions, and personal rituals can be woven into the ceremony.
I serve families throughout greater Vancouver Wa and Portland, Oregon, metropolitan areas. I also travel to places that hold meaning for your family for ash-releasing ceremonies and other final blessings.
I respect all faith traditions, cultures, lifestyles, and family structures. You do not need to fit into a particular belief system to create a meaningful ceremony. You simply need a desire to mark this moment with intention and care.
A ceremony can give some semblance of closure A chance to speak, remember, grieve, laugh, cry, give thanks, and begin to say goodbye.

Initial Consultation (Complimentary)
Our first consultation is an opportunity to speak privately about your loved one and your hopes for the ceremony. We can meet by phone, FaceTime, or at my home office in Vancouver, WA.
We will discuss the kind of ceremony you envision, any religious or spiritual traditions you would like included, and the qualities, memories, and stories you want to carry into the service.
Before our next consultation, I will email you a questionnaire. Your responses will help me begin to understand your loved one's life, relationships, and the elements that are most meaningful to your family. They will also provide the foundation for our family consultation.
Family Consultation
The family consultation is where we begin to give the ceremony its shape and character.
We can meet by phone, FaceTime, or at my office in Vancouver, WA. Family members may participate as appropriate, offering their own memories, perspectives, and wishes for the ceremony.
Together, we will consider the structure of the service, readings, prayers, music, stories, cultural or spiritual traditions, and any personal rituals you would like to include.
My role is to listen carefully, offer guidance when needed, and bring the many pieces together into a ceremony that feels authentic to your family and honors the person whose life you are remembering. I remain available for concerns throughout the planning process.
Coordination with funeral home as needed.
Funeral Memorial Service
I arrive 30 minutes before the service to prepare and be available to the family before the ceremony begins.
$250. -mileage fee may occur
Private Family Prayer Service
Gathering privately during times of loss is an ancient and beautiful tradition. Across cultures and spiritual traditions, families have come together to pray, keep vigil, offer blessings, and support one another through the final passage of life.
A private family service offers a quieter setting before the larger funeral or memorial. A time to be with your loved one, share memories, pray, and acknowledge the significance of the loss among those closest to them.

Our first consultation is an opportunity to speak privately about your loved one and your hopes for the prayer service. We can meet by phone, FaceTime, or at my home office in Vancouver, WA.
We will discuss the kind of prayer service you envision, any religious or spiritual traditions you would like included, and the qualities, memories, and stories you want to carry into the service.
I offer to lead a prayers, blessing, or shaped around your family’s beliefs and traditions, creating a reflective space for grief, connection, and farewell.
$150. -mileage fee may occur
Home-Land Clearing & Blessing
Across cultures and spiritual traditions, people have long recognized the significance of the places where we live, grieve, gather, and begin again. Following a death or significant life transition, a clearing and blessing can provide a meaningful way to acknowledge what has occurred, release any energy imprinted on the space. That which may feel heavy or unsettled, and restore a sense of peace.
Initial Consultation (Complimentary)
I offer ritual of clearing and blessing through energy cleansing, prayer, blessing, readings, sound, or other meaningful rituals shaped by my intuition and your intention for the space.
This service may be offered in a home, on private land, or at another place of significance.
$200. -mileage fee may occur
Deathbed Prayer & Blessing

Our first consultation is an opportunity to speak privately about you or your loved ones request for Deathbed Prayers. We can meet by phone, FaceTime, or at my home office in Vancouver, WA.
I offer prayer, blessing, and companionship at the end of life. This is a sacred practice found across religious and spiritual traditions. These rituals have long provided a way to acknowledge life, offer comfort, and mark this transition.
When the end of life is approaching, I can come to you and create a quiet, meaningful ritual shaped around your beliefs and wishes.
This may include prayer, blessings, words of farewell, or simply a compassionate presence with those gathered.
Rituals may also be offered immediately following a death, providing a moment for family and loved ones to pause, acknowledge the loss, and begin the journey of farewell.
$150. -mileage fee may occur
Internment & Graveside Service
The interment is the placing of a person’s remains in the earth. It is an ancient practice found across religious and cultural traditions. A graveside ceremony offers a quiet setting to acknowledge a life, honor the bonds of family and community, and mark the transition from presence to remembrance.

Whether you choose a place that held significance for your loved one or somewhere that feels meaningful to your family, I will work with you to create a ceremony that honors the person, the place, and the meaning of this final farewell.
